Community Assistance Foundation

Community Assistance Foundation (CAF), 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization, was founded in 2009 by Florida based Property Management company Vesta Property Services. CAF was organized exclusively for charitable, religious, educational, and scientific purposes, including, for such purposes, the making of distributions to organizations that qualify as exempt organizations under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, or the corresponding section of any future federal tax code.

Among its missions, CAF intends to provide safety, dignity, comfort and assistance to communities and their members both directly and through service organizations which share our purpose.

Hurricane Ian Relief

Hurricane Ian Relief

Ian made landfall as a Category 4 hurricane with strong winds and high storm surges. This severely impacted communities by damaging neighborhoods and leaving many Florida residents homeless.

At Vesta, we plan to assist our staff, residents, and others who have been impacted by Hurricane Ian through our charitable foundation, Community Assistance Foundation. Our foundation has resources set aside for assisting our associates. We are currently accepting donations to aid as many people affected by Hurricane Ian through our 501(c)(3).

Hope Town Rising
(2019 – )

Hope Town Rising image

Within 48 hours of Hurricane Dorian hitting the Bahamas, Hope Town Rising came together as a grassroots effort to support ongoing and future rebuilding efforts on Elbow Cay. Elbow Cay was chosen because we we feel we could have the most meaningful impact there, given our own limited resources.

The rebuild, however will be a long-term process. This effort will need the continuous help of people like you, people who love Hope Town. Through your donations and gifts we’ll give Hope Town and Elbow Cay the support they need to rise again!

BOATT Foundation
(August 20, 2020)

In 2012 Blessing Others All The Time (B.O.A.T.T.) was founded on the belief that we should help those who are less fortunate than we are. The BOATT team connects directly with people who are experiencing financial hardships or homelessness in the North Florida area. They provide school supplies for children and personal care items.

The mission of Blessing Others All The Time is to serve others with love by providing the daily necessities needed while living on the streets or in undeserved communities. Based upon the scriptures in Luke 6:38 which tells us that if we give, it will be given back to us and Galatians 5:13 which tells us that we should serve one another in LOVE.

On August 20, 2020 Vesta Property Services employees volunteered through CAF for the BOATT back to school supply drive in Jacksonville, FL. The volunteers helped sort and distribute supplies to Jacksonville students in need.
